Ingredients

  • 1 cup dates pitted
  • 1/2 cup cashew butter or almond, peanut, sunflower butter, etc
  • 1/4 cup + 2 tablespoons maple syrup agave, or honey.
  • 1 1/2 cups quick oats
  • 1/4 cup shredded coconut - unsweetened
  • 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup banana chip pieces
  • 1/4 cup cashew pieces or almond, peanut, sunflower pieces

Instructions

  • 8x8 pan, cut parchment paper
  • Food processor, pulse dates, and demo cutting
  • Banana chips and cashews roll in baggies
  • Add oats, coconut, salt, cinnamon, chocolate chips, and mix
  • Add cashew butter & syrup to dates and mix
  • Pour wet into dry ingredients
  • Mix, then pour into large baggie and press and squeeze
  • Pour into 8x8 press down
  • Roll the rest into balls
